Raiza is a biostimulant, specially designed for the strong stimulation of root and plant growth with a high auxinic activity and anti-stress and metabolism-stimulating substances, available on the Greek market exclusively from Agriside Cropcare.
As is known, immediately after transplanting, a dynamic start of the plants is needed, i.e. immediate stimulation of the production of new root hairs, so that despite the shock of the plants from transplanting, the first growth of the aerial part of the plants is supported. This is very important not only to avoid plant establishment failure, but also to achieve high and early production. The dynamic start of the plants is achieved by using rooting preparations. But even when the plants have difficulty in their growth and functioning, when in adverse soil and climate conditions they are stressed osmotically and oxidizingly, with the administration of suitable biostimulators the plants can cope with the stress conditions and continue their growth.
Raiza is a special biostimulation product in liquid form that ensures dynamic root and plant growth. It is produced by the specialized Spanish multinational company DAYMSA, which is represented in the Greek market by Agriside Cropcare.
Its unique anti-stress and biostimulant effect is due to its special composition which freely combines amino acids in a specific ratio with a dense extract of Ascophylumnodosum algae from the North Pole and is produced under the strictest quality standards. It has a high content of valuable anti-stress substances, such as: amino acids with action osmoprotective (e.g. serine, proline) and antioxidant (phenylalanine, glutamic acid, glycine, cysteine), antioxidant vitamins C, E but also alginic acid, mannitol, peptides, polyamines, betaines and oligo-/polysaccharides. At the same time, it has a high concentration of plant hormones of youth and especially natural auxinic activity, derived from seaweed extract.
The above features make Raiza the ideal product for dealing with post-transplantation stress of plants and ensuring a star-studded and dynamic initiation and development of the root, with the production of many root hairs. Thus, we have very good absorption of the available nutrients by the root and its good functionality, so that it produces and sends to the aerial part of the plants cytokinin to push along with the development of vegetation and lateral branching and flowering – fruiting.
In addition, in cases where the root has been damaged by various abiotic or biotic causes, such as suffocating conditions from flooding or nematode infestation, the application of Raiza after treating the cause (draining water or fighting nematodes), ensures the dynamic restart and renewal of the root
Finally, Raiza can also be applied by foliar spraying to deal with stress and enhance plant growth, especially for the seamless increase in vegetation and fruit size thanks to the auxin it contains.
