Participation in the 28th Conference of the Hellenic Society of Fruit and Vegetable Science in Thessaloniki (16-20 October 2017), where we attended and discussed issues of cultivation practices, nutrition, irrigation and protection of vegetables, fruits, olives and citrus, vines and cal. The participation of Greek academics and researchers is important, while there were also invited foreign speakers. At the same time, the EU Fruit and vegetables celebrated its 50th anniversary.
